ABOUT ME
I am a North Carolina native who early in adulthood traveled the world and the United States extensively, questioning and learning much about myself, others and life, which ultimately led me to become a professional counselor. My work in this field has taken on various forms over time, yet has continued to maintain the same priceless sense of reward, fulfillment and spirit.

My personal self-education includes a multidisciplinary interest researching topics such as personal growth, preventive medicine, metaphysics, consciousness, holistic approaches, history, society, psychology and more.
EXPERIENCE
Early in my career, serving children, families and individuals, I gained a wide range of experiences in both public and private sectors and in institutional, residential, corporate and in-home settings. Later, I began transitioning into community agencies and group private practices working more directly with families, couples, individuals and children. Since 2012, I have maintained my own private therapy practice for adult individuals, from which I have worked with clients locally, nationally and internationally.
