INDIVIDUAL COUNSELLING

The type of therapy methods I may use with clients are diverse, but I most frequently use Person-Centered Therapy, Mindfulness/Heartfulness, and Solution-Focused Therapy, which can encourage elements of independence, honesty, acceptance and direction to the therapy process. My therapy style can range anywhere between non-directive and directive in nature, depending on what each client prefers each session, and I draw on a blend of my education, experience and intuition.  The process of therapy also includes building a healthy therapeutic relationship of trust between myself and my clients and ultimately helping clients to develop or increase trust in themselves.​

​FEES

My fees are $100/session, either in-person or teletherapy.  I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Cigna and other Insurances. Payments typically processed using paypal.
